Hasura is looking for a strategic, results-driven reputed company Senior Manager/Director to drive financial planning and deliver insights that guide key decisions. You will provide support to our key business stakeholders for financial planning and analysis. • Strategic Financial Planning: Drive annual financial planning process cross-functionally with intimate understanding of our business.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Finance team on financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, risk management, and internal reporting to leadership and the Company’s Board of Directors.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess profitability, and uncover opportunities for operational improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops, etc.) to align financial strategies with business objectives and understand evolving needs.
• Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, translating reputed company insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, financial systems, and BI tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or reputed company field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.

Location: Located in Greater NYC area preferred Compensation: The compensation for this role ranges from $190,000 - $220,000 (including bonus) plus ESOPs.
