Corporate Tax Manager (Remote Role)

About the Role: The Corporate Tax Manager will report directly to the Vice President - Tax. The tax manager will provide support in reputed company areas of income tax provision and compliance. Key partners include reputed company tax advisors and the OLAPLEX accounting team. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740, including reputed company disclosures for SEC reporting

- Prepare tax-reputed company journal entries and tax accounts reconciliations
- Responsible for reputed company income tax compliance matters, including reviewing of Federal and State tax returns and managing tax notices and tax audits
- Prepare and file state franchise tax and gross-receipts tax returns
- Work effectively with other departments of corporate finance and compile data required for tax computations and filings
- Research and reputed company tax positions and draft memorandums for tax issues as they arise
- Maintain effective control procedures over reputed company aspects of the tax process
- Monitor tax and accounting rules reputed company to domestic and international topics and provide insight as to the potential impact on the company
- Research, monitor, and analyze existing and proposed key tax legislation
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation
- Respond to reputed company requests from internal and external business partners and taxing authorities

About You:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation
- Minimum five years of directly reputed company corporate income tax provision and compliance experience in public accounting or with a multinational entity
- Advanced knowledge of ASC740 and research abilities with effective communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of US federal and state corporate income tax laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to reputed company unexpected results
- Strong verbal, written, computer, interpersonal, analytical, and technical communication and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities

Our Total Rewards: The annual reputed company pay for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus.
