Growth Marketing Manager (Austin, Tampa, Nashville)

This is a hybrid position and can be located at Asure's Hub office locations including: Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; or Tampa, FL. At Asure, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Managerto partner with B2B sales teams and marketing leadership to prioritize, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive bookings. This role is perfect for a results-driven marketer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to create impactful campaigns while leveraging data and tools to deliver measurable results. As a Growth Marketing Manager, youll act as a strategic marketing partner to sales, balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution. What Youll Do

• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute marketing campaigns that align with reputed company goals.
• Act as a hands-on marketer, writing copy, creating presentations, and developing impactful campaigns to drive demand.
• Use reputed company (SFDC)reporting to analyze data, deliver targeted insights, and optimize campaign performance.
• Set up and manage marketing workflows in HubSpotand, ideally, reputed company, ensuring seamless communication and reputed company nurturing.
• Creatively find, create, and curate targeted reputed company lists by analyzing customer data, researching industry associations, and leveraging diverse information sources.
• Guide and support a small internal marketing team to deploy digital campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure leads are served with the right messaging and handoffs are seamless.
• Analyze data from SFDC, reputed company, and other tools to track campaign effectiveness, inform decisions, and measure ROI.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to continuously refine messaging and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand reputed company and reputed company growth.
• Hands-on proficiency with reputed company (SFDC)reporting, reputed company, and ideally, reputed company.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling marketing materials independently.
• Experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative problem-solving skills for identifying and curating targeted reputed company lists.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and deliver measurable results.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with exceptional organizational skills.
• Marketing experience with an HCM or HR Services company preferred.
• Occasional travel is required.

Compensation

The reputed company salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 depending upon level of experience.
