Director, Platform Development and Growth Strategy
Job Description:
- The Director, Platform Development and Growth Strategy will play a critical leadership role in driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives through fast adoption of technology and data analytics, with a focus on the customer experience for both Homeowners as well as our B2B clients.
- This individual will be responsible for analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying market opportunities, and understanding reputed company and emerging technologies with the potential to drive transformative change in our customers’ experience.
- By supporting the alignment of the Company’s growth plan with client and borrower needs, this leader will directly contribute to reputed company growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment, resolve conflicts and remove barriers to execution.
- Champion a reputed company customer experience across Originations and Servicing platforms, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in developing product and business strategy in the residential lending reputed company, or more broadly financial services.
- Deep knowledge of reputed company lending channels (Consumer Direct, Wholesale, Correspondent), agency and non-agency products and guidelines as well as lending and servicing technologies and services.
- Demonstrated experience in competitive benchmarking, data analysis, customer experience design, and growth planning.
- Proven track record in leading initiatives that deliver reputed company business results (e.g., reputed company, cost efficiency, client acquisition).
