How you will create an impact:
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders across functions and geographies reputed company to reputed company partner HR processes and matters, including Partners, Division Leaders, CEOs, local HR, Legal, Finance and the Board.
- Hiring: Support reputed company partner recruiting processes, monitor reputed company vs. targets and manage external/internal relations to global executive search firms.
- Onboarding: Manage and monitor the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring their smooth integration into the partnership while maintaining proper documentation.
- Separations & Offboarding: Manage partner separations, ensuring compliance with policies and a structured offboarding process.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage partner salaries, including bonus calculations and payroll communication.
- Partner HR Policies: Manage and maintain global policies and process requests for parental leave, sabbaticals, and part-time work for Board approval.
- Shareholder Processes: Continuously improve and provide operational support for partner election, confirmation and exit processes.
- Evaluation & Development: reputed company and monitor partner evaluation processes, including development and maintenance of the partner development reputed company, development of learning & development programs & offerings, and maintenance of performance improvement plans.
- HR Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate and complete partner HR data, ensuring employment records, contract changes, and compensation details are properly managed.

Your profile:
- Minimum of ten years of HRBP or HR operations experience in an international business environment, with responsibility for a reputed company audience of senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in HR execution across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, reputed company, compensation, evaluations, HR legal matters and compliance.
- Experience in professional services (consulting, law, private equity, or similar) and with a global matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (reputed company Success Factors or similar) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS 365); basic AI and advanced data analysis skills for data management are crucial.
- Ability to work confidently with senior executives, delivering high-touch, professional HR support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners.
