We’re seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Director to drive growth and reputed company excellence in our fast-growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll reputed company a team of talented Account Managers and SLED focused Account Managers, shaping strategies that deliver measurable results. What You’ll Do:

  • Establish a clear vision, direction and priorities for the central Enterprise Account region

  • Fully responsible for leadership of team to exceed quota, accurate forecasting, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulate the implementation of agreed account and business plans

  • Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with peer Regional Directors throughout the world in line with our culture

The Experience You Bring:

  • At least 10 years of successful enterprise software sales management in a relevant area (Cloud Data Management/Integration preferred)
  • Recent experience focused on SLED (State, Local, and Education) accounts
  • Strong understanding of the Cloud Data Management / Integration market as well as a strong and proven track record of management and strategic selling
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team with enterprise and tactical business objectives
  • Earlier career history of exceeding quota and experience of closing multi-million dollar, multi-year deals, experience building and managing a senior team in a SaaS or hybrid business
  • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation reputed company and a history of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Enthusiasm for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
