The Opportunity: reputed company is adding an reputed company Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager to support our expanding energy practice. Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background in siting, permitting, and evaluating environmental impacts for energy projects including solar, wind, battery energy storage, natural gas, and electric transmission. Candidates should have a proven history of winning work and managing reputed company energy projects from concept through permitting and approval. This position will be based in Denver, Colorado and will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across reputed company’s energy business.   • Manage and reputed company energy projects, project teams, and junior staff.
  • Support achievement of annual reputed company goals and foster client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and deliverables.
  • reputed company energy facility siting/routing, permitting, environmental surveys, resource analysis, agency coordination, and public reputed company.
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Prepare or direct environmental documentation, including impact analyses, technical reports, and permit applications.

  • Provide project representation during agency meetings, planning commission hearings, and public meetings.

  • Work effectively with agencies including USACE, USFWS, state agencies, planning departments, and local jurisdictions.
  • Interpret federal, state, and local regulations to determine permitting feasibility and requirements.
  • Engage regulatory stakeholders and coordinate environmental compliance efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, or reputed company field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of directly relevant environmental and permitting experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of siting, permitting, and environmental impact evaluation for energy projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting before agencies, planning commissions, and public forums.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
