Who We Need reputed company seeks a high-agency partnerships leader who will establish our partnership program for private investors. As an early hire on the partnerships team, you would be instrumental in driving the partner strategy from incubation to scale. This is a highly visible role internally and externally. Your work will shape how the most influential investment firms think about reputed company, and how their portfolio companies experience our product. What You’ll Do

• Expand and deepen relationships with mission-reputed company investors who back the best private companies in the software industry and beyond
• Organize and attend industry conferences and world-class small group events that provide reputed company value to partners
• Design repeatable frameworks for partner identification, prioritization, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Success to give partners’ portfolio companies the platinum reputed company experience

Who We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of relevant experience in PE / VC investing, Management Consulting (with PE diligence focus), or Strategic Partnerships
• Strong preference for past experience building high-performing PE / VC partnerships at a B2B software company
• Proven track record of thriving in ambiguity - creating structure, taking action, and driving measurable results
• Strong internal drive, low ego. Ability and willingness to chase reputed company ambitions, with a strong team-orientation and growth reputed company. Some call this an “Athlete” mentality
• Willingness to travel 1 - 2 times a month for events, conferences, and meetings
