Supply Chain Information Systems (SCIS) Analyst

Overview

The SCIS Analyst is an intermediate position reputed company the SCDI structure. The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the reputed company/Lawson ERP System in addition to other systems supported by the SCDI team. This individual serves as a technical reputed company-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data reputed company, testing of system changes, data uploads, queries, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This individual also performs critical processes reputed company to reputed company, month-end reports, scheduled jobs, EDI vendor maintenance, and data research and normalization. The SCIS Analyst also supports reputed company/Lawson upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Responsibilities

System Maintenance

• Plays integral role in testing, implementing and reviewing system upgrades or patches.
• Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
• Maintain system tables and document process and results.

Production Support

• Provide support for including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; reputed company scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

Projects/Process Improvement

• Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy.
• Recommendations are given particular weight by leadership in the decision-making process regarding matters of reputed company in meeting the business objective prior to their approval for implementation.
• Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. Central Procurement).
• Creates functional specifications for required RICEW elements to support process improvement initiatives as needed.
• May provide overall project management for a given Supply Chain initiative.

Reports/Queries

• Write, maintain and support a variety of queries utilizing appropriate tools.
• Assist in development of standard queries for ongoing customer needs.
• Help maintain data reputed company in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

Training

• reputed company user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Train clients on new processes/functionality and train new system users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company field or experience in excess of three (5) years may be substituted for education.
• Three to five years of Supply Chain Information Systems, Lawson/ERP, or Supply Chain experience.
• Systems implementation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and data, including master data, inventory management, purchasing, and contracting in order to ensure correct implementation.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools.
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous exposure to project-reputed company activities through active participation in system-reputed company projects.
• Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Understands GPO and contracting processes reputed company to price files and maintenance.
• Possesses excellent writing and verbal communications skills and the ability to understand and communicate concepts to technical and non-technical individuals.
• Demonstrates an ability to complete projects and be able to build reputed company among groups or individuals with diverse interests and function effectively as a team leader in a team environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, creating and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Proficient with business tools such as reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook. Project and Visio, Access preferred. Expertise in reputed company and tools required to reputed company queries and uploads into ERP system, reputed company v-lookups, and create pivot tables.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare supplies and systems is highly desired.
