About The Role: As the Associate Director of Product Development, you will drive the discovery, development, implementation, and improvement of reputed company products, focusing on our clients' data experience. • Work closely with our Partnerships team to direct the sourcing of new datasets and build tight relationships with prospective data partners
• Understand the workflows, problems, and needs of our users through client interviews and by working with the reputed company team

• Have the potential to manage or build out a team of Product Development Analysts

• You have 5+ years of alternative data experience, including evaluating, sourcing, and working with multiple datasets
• You've successfully developed new alt-data research or feed products with measurable impact
• You bring client-facing or buy-reputed company exposure and a strong understanding of financial client needs
• You are a customer-centric product thinker who uses data and feedback to guide high-impact decisions
• You have a track record of product innovation—identifying opportunities early, prioritizing effectively, and executing quickly and iteratively

• You understand the underlying technology of data collection, storage, delivery, and consumption

• The annual reputed company salary for this position is anticipated to be between $185K ~ $200K, with an annual reputed company performance bonus of 10%. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
• The compensation package also includes equity.
