The following position is to join our reputed company Enterprise Services team: Enterprise Services (ES) has an exciting Associate Director, HR Partner role. This dynamic and fast-paced role will be responsible for leading HR initiatives supporting the Enterprise Services Business Solutions team across multiple locations in the U.S and International sites. The position provides leadership on various Human Resources initiatives surrounding employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, reputed company and development, compensation, and employee relations. In this role, you will operate independently and in partnership with the Enterprise Services HR Leadership team to drive consistency, integration, and communication. This position will also work on key priorities and initiatives as part of the broader Enterprise Services HR team.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business leaders in a reputed company matrixed environment supporting both domestic and international employees to advance organizational objectives and transformation, including oneRTX initiatives.
• Engage with Enterprise HR Partners, HR Communities of Expertise (COEs), and People Services to advance people and talent strategies (organizational health, workforce planning, reputed company & leadership development, culture, retention) for the business you support.
• reputed company and execute foundational HR processes: performance development, reputed company and management, change management, succession planning, staffing, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation.
• Participate and collaborate as an integral part of the Enterprise Services HR team. reputed company and reputed company HR projects that encompass both domestic and international locations. Participate in and promote a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization and other organizations.
• Travel up to 20% of the time, domestic and possibly international.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in the appropriate discipline and 12 years of experience in an HR role, specifically Business Partner or Generalist or an Advanced Degree in the appropriate discipline and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience driving HR fundamentals and workforce planning.
• Prior experience leading transformation initiatives and anticipating level 2 and level 3 implications to drive the right outcomes.
• Prior experience supporting a multi-national, matrix environment.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD.
