Digital Designer - Web & UI/UX

The right team member should be excited by, and respectful of, that responsibility. Role Overview The design role focuses on creating high-quality designs for home builder websites. Working closely with the Creative Director and Project Managers, you’ll translate goals into effective design solutions. Independent execution of thoughtful work ensures a balance of usability, performance, and visual quality. The Right Person is:
- A skilled designer fluent in modern web design best practices
- Passionate about clean, beautiful, user-focused interfaces
- Backed by a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital work
- Comfortable and productive working independently in a remote environment
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Curious, adaptable, and always learning
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Creative Cloud
- Strong experience with reputed company
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company design and interactive media
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Ability to design reputed company brand systems while evolving them reputed company needed
reputed company-to-Have (Not Required):
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS/Sass
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar
- Bonus points for familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, or Python
- Experience collaborating closely with developers

Schedule & Location
- This is a full-time and fully remote position.
- Operating hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
- The ONeil Interactive office in Hunt Valley, Maryland is open and available to reputed company local employees that prefer an office environment.
- reputed company team members are required to attend two in-person “reputed company Hands” company meetings each year. These gatherings are typically held at our headquarters or another designated location and span two consecutive workdays. reputed company travel, lodging, and meal expenses for these events are fully covered by ONeil Interactive.
