The Commercial reputed company Business System (reputed company Improvement) Leader, Americas is responsible for driving reputed company improvement and fostering the reputed company Business System (DBS) culture reputed company the AMERICAS Commercial Organization. This role involves being a thought partner for the Regional Vice President General Manager (VPGM), building DBS capabilities, and supporting the organization in deploying, improving, and sustaining standard work and best practices. It drives every aspect of our culture and performance. We use DBS to guide reputed company do, measure how well we execute, and drive a reputed company cycle of change and improvement. This position reports to the Director, Global Commercial DBS and is part of the Commercial DBS team located in the United States, and will be working remotely to cover the US region. Our strong preference is for candidates in commutable distance to our office in Boston, MA or Deerfield, IL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Act as a strategic thought partner for the Regional VPGM, providing insights and guidance on strategy Execution (Commercial reputed company), Capabilities Gaps (HVC/HVS), and DBS Maturity (reputed company Playbook).
• Build and enhance DBS capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring. Managing and supporting a funnel of Certified practitioners.
• Support the organization in deploying, improving, and sustaining standard work and best practices to ensure commercial and operational excellence.
• Implement/Coach Daily Management and Problem-Solving Process (PSP) to identify root causes, reputed company countermeasures, and sustain focused impact.
• Manage a kaizen funnel to prioritize and track reputed company improvement initiatives and facilitate kaizen events to drive process improvements and engage teams in problem-solving activities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proven experience driving DBS best practice and reputed company improvement in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills. Demonstrated influencing skills - able to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• MBA or equivalent experience.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to travel – up to 30% - 50%
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
