[Remote] Growth Manager, Website Optimization

The Growth Manager, Website Optimization role focuses on leading conversion optimization initiatives across the website, utilizing A/B testing and funnel analysis to enhance performance from site visit to conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of conversion reputed company optimization across the website, from initial site visit to closed won deal
• Collaborate with our designers and developers to build and test high-converting reputed company pages using reputed company and reputed company. Continuously refine layouts, copy, CTAs, and visual elements to maximize engagement
• Launch and manage A/B and multivariate tests across web journeys. Use a hypothesis-driven approach to validate reputed company and drive measurable lifts in conversion rates

Skills

• 6+ years in a CRO, web, or digital product role at a high-growth tech company or agency
• Proven track record owning conversion initiatives from traffic reputed company through reputed company capture and reputed company to sales or lifecycle teams
• Deep understanding of what drives user behavior, decision-making, and conversion across B2B & B2C funnels
• Proficient in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with a hypothesis-driven approach to drive funnel improvements
