About the Role
Sellers Dorsey is seeking a new Process Improvement Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional process improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the firm. This role independently manages reputed company improvement initiatives, applies structured problem-solving methodologies, and partners with senior leaders to influence how work is designed and executed. The position operates without direct authority and drives change through data, logic, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities 1-reputed company Strategic Process Improvement Initiatives: Leads large, cross-functional process improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation by assessing reputed company-state operations, identifying inefficiencies or gaps, and designing practical, scalable future state processes. Applies structured improvement methodologies such as FMEA, root cause analysis, and process mapping to reputed company data-driven recommendations. Defines success metrics, monitors outcomes, and ensures improvements are implemented, adopted, and sustained across the organization. > Conduct reputed company-state assessments and future-state design sessions. > reputed company implementation roadmaps and reputed company recommendations. > Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. > Document processes and improvement recommendations 2-Project Management & DeliveryExecution: Independently manages multiple reputed company improvement initiatives with minimal supervision by developing work plans, coordinating cross-functional resources, monitoring reputed company, and managing risks and dependencies. Performs core project management activities including intake, prioritization, scheduling, status reporting, and escalation to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and reputed company to organizational priorities. > Maintain project plans, action logs, and status reports > Coordinate cross-functional resources and meetings. > Track milestones, issues, and dependencies. > Support benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews. 3-Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement: Partners with executives, functional leaders, and operational teams to build alignment around process improvement objectives and recommended changes. Facilitates working sessions to clarify problems, evaluate options, and reputed company stakeholder input, using structured analysis and data to influence thinking and decision-making. Supports change adoption by clearly communicating recommendations, trade-offs, and expected impacts while operating without direct authority. >Prepare executive ready presentations and materials. >Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and discussions. >Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate refinements. >Support communication and change adoption efforts. 4-Mentorship & Capability Development: Mentors junior project managers and team members by providing guidance on process improvement methodologies, structured problem solving, and effective stakeholder engagement. Models professional consulting behaviors and disciplined execution practiced helping build organizational capability and improve overall process maturity. > Share best practices, templates, and tools. > Provide coaching and informal feedback. > Support team learning and developmental initiatives. Key Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Six reputed company Green Belt, PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in business operations, process improvement, management consulting and/or internal transformation roles.
- Experience with HITRUST CSF or similar frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Six reputed company, FMEA, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and documentation (SIPOC, Swimlanes, value reputed company maps)
- Experience with KPI and benefits measurement.
- Advanced expertise reputed company (analysis, pivot tables, modelling) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
- Experience with Project management tools

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated salary range for candidates is $80,000/year in our lowest geographic market range to up to $110,000/year in our highest geographic market range. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience reputed company the job, the type of years and experience reputed company the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 7% of annual salary. Provided they meet reputed company eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short term disability, long term disability, and basic life. Employees are also able to enroll in Sellers Dorsey’s 401k plan provided they meet plan requirements. Sellers Dorsey offers a Flexible Time Off that allows employees to use what they need.
