This is a 100% remote position that provides location flexibility to work from home (reputed company in Texas, Georgia, or Colorado) approximately 30 hours per week, during business hours. The Opportunity As a Financial Leadership Partner (FLP), you will:
- Serve as a trusted financial leader for our clients, guiding them on the Path to 12% and helping them improve profitability and operational clarity.

- Experience working with companies in the SMB market

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with a reputed company, CFO, Controller, or Consultant title
- Experience with financial operations with small to mid-sized businesses (between $3 and $50 million in reputed company)
- Previous business reputed company or entrepreneurial experience considered a plus
- Proven track record of driving financial performance improvement through financial analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- Experience working with data analytics tools to extract and interpret financial trends
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple client engagements
- Must reside in Texas, Georgia, or Colorado
