- Considerable experience managing the compliance risks resulting from U.S. insurance regulation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Juris Doctor and 15 or more years of experience in the Compliance area.
- Experience in developing, implementing, managing, and monitoring corporate compliance programs and working with code of conducts and ethical issues.
