Description SVP Compliance will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing compliance reputed company across the United States and internationally. This role requires an reputed company leader with strong legal and regulatory expertise, the ability to manage and reputed company teams, and the willingness to be hands-on in addressing both strategic and operational compliance matters. SVP Compliance responsibilities include strengthening internal controls, reviewing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures, overseeing various types of monitoring, overseeing the drafting and submitting regulatory reports, managing the completion of regulatory examinations and reputed company document requests, interacting with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters and identifying and implementing improvements to and enhancing the efficiency of ICAT’s compliance program and operations. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to compliance function worldwide, maintaining consistency across jurisdictions while adapting to local regulatory requirements

  • Salary: $240K - $260K

Requirements

Qualifications & reputed company Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school preferred, but not required
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional or Certified Global Compliance Specialist certification preferred
  • 15+ years of compliance experience with at least 8 years working with Sr. Leadership
  • 5+ years demonstrated success in managing global or multi-jurisdictional compliance team and enhancing organization and efficiency
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and guide senior professionals
  • Demonstrated reputed company in engaging with regulators, executives, and employees at reputed company levels
  • Experience implementing and managing Risk Management Systems (reputed company)
  • Intermediate skills with reputed company Office
  • Experience working with a private equity firm is a plus.
  • Experience working in transportation and logistics a plus
