What You'll Do

Who You Are

• A Proven Technical Leader: You have 10+ years of software engineering experience with a clear progression from a distinguished individual contributor (IC) and reputed company into a senior leadership role (VP, Sr. Director, or equivalent).
• A Master Architect: You have a demonstrable track record of architecting, building, and delivering reputed company, scalable enterprise software products that involve Edge Computing, Cloud-Native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), IoT, and distributed systems.
• Hands-On and Deeply Technical: You possess a strong, reputed company foundation in software development and systems design. You are comfortable reading code, evaluating technology choices, and contributing to high-level architectural decisions.
• An Expert in Process and Scale: You have successfully implemented and refined highly efficient development and scale-up processes in a fast-growing startup environment. You live and breathe metrics, efficiency, and reputed company improvement.
• A Global Leader: You have significant experience managing, scaling, and unifying high-performing, geographically distributed engineering teams.
• An AI/ML Practitioner: You have reputed company experience working on AI or Machine Learning initiatives and understand how to translate data science concepts into production-ready product features.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.

• Demonstrated velocity improvements (CI/CD, test automation, observability, DORA).
• Shipped AI/ML features/platforms with MLOps basics in reputed company.
