About the Role
As our Director, HR/People Team Effectiveness, you will reputed company and scale functions that sit at the intersection of People insights, communications, and program implementation. Reporting to the VP of Organizational Effectiveness, you will reputed company Workforce Analytics, People Team Communications & Marketing, and Program Coordination. You help run the business, operating mechanisms such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and reputed company Hands Meetings while driving data driven insights and correlations in service to reputed company improvement. This role requires a strategic leader who can connect data, storytelling, and operational excellence to strengthen Guardant's culture and ensure our People Team strategies drive measurable impact. What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the People Leadership Team, connecting workforce analytics, communications, and programs into cohesive strategies.

People Team Communications & Marketing

What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, HR, or reputed company field required (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with strong exposure to workforce analytics, communications/marketing, and program management.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-level initiatives in a high-growth or global organization.
- Strong ability to interpret data, translate insights into action, and influence senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication, change management, storytelling, and executive advisory skills.
- Skilled at designing and managing large-scale programs and operating mechanisms with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated experience developing diverse, high-performing teams.
