Job Summary:

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Loan Consultant to join reputed company at blithequark. As a key member of our reputed company operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the reputed company Manager in overseeing the efficient operation of the reputed company and ensuring that reputed company operational functions are performed to the highest standards. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the reputed company Manager in managing and motivating staff to meet goals and objectives reputed company to reputed company profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections, and expense

• reputed company loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend loan decisions, process consumer loans, reputed company consumer loans, and collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency
• Assist the reputed company Manager in developing business relationships reputed company the community, selling products and services to meet sales goals
• Collaborate with customers to implement solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Compensation and Incentives:

* The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on the specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience of the selected candidate

• This position is eligible for Quarterly Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines
