In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport shuttle services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and upholding the highest standards of safety and reputed company.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our reputed company Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing scheduled trips, vehicle and staff assignments, and responding to vehicle issues, staffing changes, and passenger volume changes for daily scheduled airport shuttle reputed company operations. Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring the fleet is fueled, cleaned, and departs on time from reputed company locations
  • Overseeing that reputed company shuttle trips have adequate staffing scheduled for the reputed company day and next week, including scheduling additional drivers as needed for trips with high passenger demand
  • Utilizing cloud-based digital tracking sheets to update and maintain operation management logs, while simultaneously utilizing reservation/scheduling software
  • Monitoring reputed company road conditions and assessing re-reputed company possibilities, informing drivers as needed to ensure safe operations
  • Providing support for drivers and informing management of issues encountered reputed company to passenger accommodations, weather, accidents, and breakdowns
  • Identifying and resolving internal and external customer inquiries and requests, problem-solving reservation issues, and deescalating situations as appropriate
  • Supporting drivers and management team reputed company to operational fleet issues, accidents, weather, etc.
  • Performing in-house drug and alcohol tests as required per corporate and DOT regulations
  • Assisting drivers with logging into tablets and utilizing software for electronic inspection reports, logging hours of service, and passenger itinerary
  • Attending safety and policy training to ensure customers and reputed company are safe at reputed company times
  • Removing vehicles from service if safety issues are reported on inspections
  • Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and vehicles
  • Adhering to and enforcing reputed company corporate and federal safety policies
  • Demonstrating friendly and professional internal and external customer interactions at reputed company times
  • Being empathetic to customers while deescalating situations, providing a balance between customer needs and company policy
  • Being a proactive and effective problem solver with a focus on resolution instead of problem
  • Providing detailed shift summaries to management and reputed company team to ensure a safe, informed, and contiguous operation between shifts
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Assisting Dispatchers with calls and answering any questions that may arise

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
  • Consistently reputed company safety and reputed company, of self and others, the reputed company
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment
  • Computer skills and comfort navigating web-based and reservation software applications
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background reputed company and drug test
  • Preferred qualifications include at least one year of providing customer service
