Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing premium customer service to our clients through various digital channels, including:

• Phone, Chat, Email, and Social Media Support: You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
