Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy and quality of documentation provided to our process servers teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

While experience is not necessary, data entry experience is a plus. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
• The ability to type 40-50 WPM
