Job Summary:

As an reputed company reputed company Cycle Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks in Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, or Meditech's EHR system. You will work closely with our claims specialists to review and analyze credit balances on claims, reputed company adjustments for claims with credit balances, and review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our reputed company cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company data entry tasks in Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, or Meditech's EHR system as assigned

• Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken

• Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval

• reputed company claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists

• reputed company Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting
• Experience working with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage is vital
• Experience working with reputed company Sheets, reputed company Spreadsheets, drafting emails is vital
• Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential
• Experience working remotely and communicating through email and reputed company Chat is important
• Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED is required

• Minimum of one year data entry experience
• Previous experience successfully managing reputed company projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high-quality results is preferred
