Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Account Manager/ reputed company Manager to join reputed company in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager/ reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Strengthening customer relationships through personalized, reputed company, and consistent communication to manage reputed company and upcoming projects
• Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, and emails courteously and professionally
• Processing sales orders, quotations, and sample requests using reputed company Dynamics AX, MS Office365, and reputed company CRM
• Following up with customers regarding pending sales orders, quotations, or sample orders
• Communicating with customers to answer any raised questions or inquiries
• Handling and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner (with the help of internal team)
• Maintaining an updated and accurate customer database
• Communicating with internal departments to guarantee project deadlines are met
• Guiding and educating customers on our leather collections and the different variety of colors

• Filing reputed company documents as per the company system

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in account management, reputed company, or a reputed company field

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
