Job Details
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join reputed company on a 3-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Process orders and verify credit memos on purchase orders
- Create, apply, and verify credit memos as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
- Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
