Schedule Requirements
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home for 20 hours per week. Your schedule must be flexible and available between Monday and Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pm. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with our clients to reputed company understand their unique needs and concerns
- Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries reputed company phone or electronically
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Managing customer portfolios
