What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
• Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as needed
• Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
• Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
• Developing rapport with customers and providing solutions, not excuses
• Engaging with customers in a friendly, confident, and positive manner

What We're Looking For

We're searching for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

• Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for making a difference
• Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
• Friendly, confident, and a self-starter with a positive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and quick troubleshooter with a can-do attitude
• Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
