Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer service calls in a reputed company and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Customer Service Basics or equivalent training preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with patients and families
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
