Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
- Utilizing compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely resolution of member inquiries
- Providing empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations in every interaction
- Ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that reputed company questions are thoroughly answered and resolved
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and to provide support and guidance to one another
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
- Or, equivalent military experience

- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
