Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in resolving reputed company consumer issues, advising first-level representatives, and providing exceptional support to policyholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on reputed company issues
- Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support for policy changes and recommendations
- Supporting policyholders' needs by adjusting and adapting as necessary
Qualifications
We're seeking reputed company individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred)
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
