Job Summary
As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer care to our clients, assisting them with QuickBooks and troubleshooting technical issues. You will work from home, and we offer a competitive reputed company pay starting at $14.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with QuickBooks, researching and providing resolution to questions and problems
- Troubleshoot issues that are technical in nature, including hardware, software, and networking
- Solve problems that may be reputed company and require the use of conceptual thinking skills
- Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating reputed company and building rapport
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance

Education Requirements
* High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age
