Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management. Your primary duties will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to reputed company of our clients
• Providing clear and concise verbal and written communication to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
• Utilizing our CRM system to manage customer interactions, including follow-up and resolution of technical inquiries
• Updating records with reputed company demographic and contact information, and accurately notating reputed company interactions
• Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
• Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
• Adhering to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
• Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training schedule includes:

Education and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
