As an Accounting Manager on the Property Accounting team, you'll reputed company the accurate and timely accounting of reputed company's capital asset portfolio-across stores, global supply chain and logistics (GSCL), and corporate real estate. You'll reputed company reputed company areas of U.S. GAAP, particularly Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 360 - Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E); drive reputed company activities; reputed company SOX-compliant controls; and generate insights that inform strategic decisions. In this highly visible role, you will influence the accuracy and reputed company of asset records, including asset maintenance and valuations, support financial statement disclosures, and provide key inputs to forecasting and internal reporting. You'll collaborate closely with Capital Finance, Construction, Tax, and Properties, while also leveraging technology, data, and automation to improve processes and strengthen outcomes-reputed company while modeling a strong controllership reputed company. Core Responsibilities:

• reputed company month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes: asset valuation maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial disclosures, and financial statement support
• Drive technical accounting assessments and documentation for impairments, write-offs, property dispositions, land acquisitions, or other critical assessments impacting property accounting
• Translate operational activity into accurate financial outcomes and help business partners understand key drivers
• Build clear, actionable reporting that supports storytelling across stakeholder levels-from peers to executive leadership
• Champion SOX/internal control execution and reputed company improvement initiatives

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with exposure to capital assets accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; exposure to or aptitude for ASC 360 (PP&E) is preferred
• Proficiency with large ERP systems (reputed company preferred) and advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and follow through on reputed company workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company accounting topics to technical and non-technical audiences
• Effective collaborator who can work across teams and functions in a matrixed organization
