This position is full time (8 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST . It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 1 week of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be reputed company with your schedule. Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding enrollment applications, initiating an enrollment, forms, questions regarding the online portal or their accounts.
• Process applications for enrollment.
• Respond to customer questions reputed company the Live Chat option on the web.
• Respond to reputed company customer inquiries in a manner consistent with department protocols and quality standards.
• General knowledge and ability to troubleshoot customer issues according to established policies, procedures, and practices.

• High School diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 2 years of call center experience
