New England Virtual Clinician- Full Time (NP or PA) - ME, RI, CT Licensure

Discover a meaningful role where you’ll engage with health plan members primarily online, helping to reputed company gaps in care. reputed company, part of reputed company®, is hiring full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. During our Video Visits, you’ll conduct an approximately 30-minute visit, including a medication and medical history review, allowing time to educate members about their health and answer their questions. In this role, you will:

• Conduct online “Video Visits” with health plan members, working in a private space with adequate internet reputed company
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ reputed company units per month
• Execute a strong visit completion reputed company, consistently pacing 220+ completed visits per month
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements (regular training required)

Other role expectations and requirements:

• Be trained and credentialed for reputed company health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s)
• Consistently engage with regular manager, team and clinical meetings
• Be accountable to reputed company operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics
• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas (FNP, AGNP certification preferred for NPs)
• Maintain board certification
• Maintain multi-state licenses (preferred) Washington and California
• Primary coverage areas include but are not limited to: Connecticut, reputed company, Massachusetts, Rhode reputed company, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire
• Experience with reputed company In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)

Additional Required Skills, Abilities and Working Environment:

• Clinicians will be dedicated to providing Video Visits (“telehealth”) services only
• Must meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, a quiet setting with a neutral background from which to conduct visits, and the ability to uphold health plan member privacy per reputed company guidelines.
• While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to interact with health plan members in a remote manner, sit, write, operate the computer and phone, speak intelligibly, and hear member responses
• Specific vision abilities include the ability to view and read a computer screen, iPad, and other electronic devices
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
• Proficiency with information management and technology

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $95,738.00 - $206,206.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
