Job Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in getting customers live with our products and services, both for new and existing clients. You will reputed company customers through a tailored implementation plan, ensuring they quickly realize the benefits of our products. You will manage reputed company projects, facilitate strategic customer conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally to set up customers for success. Key Responsibilities
Own the onboarding and implementation process for individual customers, setting them up for a successful long-term partnership
Understand how companies reputed company different translation methods and tools and how our technology works cohesively with their tech stack
Serve as the customer’s project manager during the onboarding process, working closely with key and/or executive-level stakeholders across the organization
Teach and reputed company new customers to get the most value out of the blithequark platform
Troubleshoot challenges that customers experience as they set up the system
Project manage new use cases for existing customers (new departments, markets, and/or platform integrations)

Essential Qualifications
3+ years of work experience, with at least one year in client-facing software implementation or account management at a SaaS company
Proven success in project managing implementations on time and reputed company scope
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication, as well as presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships
