Job Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in getting customers live with our products and services, both for new and existing clients. You will reputed company customers through a tailored implementation plan, ensuring they quickly realize the benefits of our products. Key Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and implementation process for individual customers, setting them up for a successful long-term partnership

• Serve as the customer’s project manager during the onboarding process, working closely with key and/or executive-level stakeholders across the organization
