Your Role at blithequark
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers and internal users, handling their requests reputed company chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultations about our products and services, such as CDN, Streaming, DNS, and more
- Resolving technical issues by providing technical diagnostics and collecting information about customers and users incidents, forwarding it up to the higher levels of technical support if needed
- Collaborating with our Engineering Team to identify and resolve reputed company technical issues
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal users to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute)
- Good understanding of hardware and software diagnostics (reading logs, etc.)
- English level B2 or higher
- Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner, organized, and a team player
- Responsible, polite, and optimistic with strong communication skills
- Able to explain reputed company concepts clearly and simply
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks

While not required, experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting, as well as Linux and API, would be beneficial in this role.
Schedule and Work Environment
This position operates on a rotating schedule of two consecutive day shifts followed by two days off. Each shift runs for 12 hours, including a 1-hour break, and is anchored to 04:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC. Local time adjustments will be made based on whether Serbia is observing UTC +2 or UTC+ 1.
