Role Summary

As our Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client onboarding team, responsible for coordinating resources, driving process adoption, and addressing logistical needs to minimize the time to value for customers and blithequark. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on customer management, requiring a deep understanding of digital advertising, CTV ecosystems, and technical implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of onboarding challenges.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, providing guidance and support throughout the completion of finance, legal, creative, and integration requirements.
