Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Mastering information on reputed company arenaflex terminal activities cycles and methodology
• Providing ideal support to the terminals group in resolving queries and exploring processes
• Associating crewmembers to accessible assets to determine issues in the field
• Ensuring terminal crewmembers' calls/messages get a response in 3 minutes or less
• Capably handling requests connected with terminal tasks frameworks, including the Booking and Takeoff Control reputed company
• Addressing system functional queries immediately
• Team up with IT or colleagues to determine issues as quickly as possible
• Examine delays and service disappointments and reputed company to arenaflex Activities Initiative
• Coordinate reputed company arenaflex exercises during IRROPS
• Act as the Client reputed company by creating plans for the best Client result
• Impart appropriate data and difficulties to reputed company/Support Control and impacted reputed company terminals speedily
