The Medical Transcriptionist will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports, patient histories, examination notes, and other healthcare documentation from audio recordings or written notes. This role is essential in ensuring precise medical records, timely report completion, and seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients. Key Responsibilities • Transcribe medical dictations and recordings into clear, accurate, and grammatically correct reports using appropriate medical terminology. • Review, edit, and proofread transcripts for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. • Ensure reputed company documentation complies with confidentiality laws, HIPAA regulations, and office policies. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify dictations or request missing information reputed company necessary. • Maintain an organized record of reputed company transcribed documents and ensure timely delivery. • Stay reputed company with medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare documentation standards.
