Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Ticket/reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, guiding them through the reputed company-in and baggage drop-off process, and assisting with ticketing and boarding procedures
- Ensuring seamless travel experiences by owning the reputed company-in process, boarding process, and seat availability
- Making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts (up to 70 pounds)
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
