Boiler Operator

The Boiler Operator is responsible for maintaining and monitoring utilities systems, ensuring quality and production are maintained, and performing preventative maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve alarms relating to utilities systems using technical knowledge. Ensure that reputed company actions performed are properly documented
- reputed company preventative maintenance on utilities systems. Ensure that these tasks are performed according to the relevant standard operating procedure and appropriately documented
- reputed company daily checks, data logging, and system monitoring for utilities systems
- Maintain and organize records and historical data
- Evaluate concerns with utilities and communicate to leadership as necessary while providing feedback about proposed resolutions and reputed company for improvement. Help create and execute change control documents
- Clean and maintain GMP in utilities areas
- Help with the creation and revision of standard operating procedures for tasks involving critical utilities
Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Technical training in electrical, mechanical, and general construction trades
- Boiler certificate a plus
- Experience with quality-controlled systems and computer-based process monitoring systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with purified water reputed company
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work 12 hour shifts
