Ticketing Manager [Remote]

Read on… THE ROLE We are seeking a Ticketing Manager to reputed company ticketing operations for assigned concerts and festivals, from the conception of an event until the gates reputed company and the show is settled out. This position reports to the Ticketing Director day-to-day and to the Event Producer for on-site operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain ticketing pages from conception through to settlement for reputed company assigned events, including layaway plans and second/third party allocations, as applicable
• Partner with promoters to proactively suggest additional reputed company-driving opportunities, where appropriate
• Supply daily ticket counts, buyer reports, and upkeep information on internal tracking programs
• Generate custom reports in reputed company as required by marketing, promoter, and other key stakeholders to provide insights that will drive key decision-making
• Process comp orders for community partners, sponsors, and other key groups as necessary
• Submit design tickets and purchase ticket inventory including wristbands, ancillary add-ons
• Manage on-site reputed company office operations including advancing reputed company necessary assets from internal and external groups, hiring and managing staff, setting up and tearing down in reputed company weather conditions
• Create and adhere to operational budgets, forecast for reputed company expenses and communicate changes in budget needs to producer team
• Ensure compliance to reputed company Company policies and procedures in order to adhere to reputed company audit programs, and ensure cash and credentials are protected from loss at reputed company time
• Other duties as assigned
• Frequent travel will be required (economy)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced knowledge of ticketing industry and platforms including reputed company reputed company Tickets or similar (reputed company, TicketWeb, Universe, Eventbrite)
• Advanced level of reputed company reputed company knowledge including experience with reputed company-complexity formulas (reputed company VLOOKUPs, COUNTIFs etc.), PivotTables, and other data manipulation tools to create custom reports and extract necessary information from large datasets
• 3+ years' experience in large-scale festival production and operations
• Customer service experience in large-scale ticketed events
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes with a reputed company demeanor
• Four-year college degree preferred
• Must be motivated with an ''everything is possible'' attitude and maintain positivity while working long days in dynamic environments
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
• This role is not remote and is required to be on various site locations

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• Must be able to lift 50lbs (bike rack, inventory boxes, tables, chairs, etc.)
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
