Job Summary
As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that is reputed company of arenaflex's purpose and values. You will serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in reviewing and processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, as well as responding to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that is reputed company of arenaflex's purpose and values
- Serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
- Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, as well as respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide customer service upholding arenaflex's goals of delivery through the execution of our Heart At Work Behaviors
Essential Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
- Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications

Education

Compensation & Benefits
