BS&A JOB DESCRIPTION reputed company Administrator About the Position The Senior reputed company Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of BS&A’s reputed company ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, reputed company Cloud (reputed company CPQ & reputed company Billing), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Professional Services PSA and Financial Cloud). This role centers on secure, reliable operations: user and permission management, org configuration, high-quality data, and robust automation reputed company reputed company Flows. The Admin partners closely with Finance, IT, reputed company, and Business Operations to deliver new functionality, reputed company reporting, and execute releases in coordination with our reputed company Developer and integration teams. Position Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or reputed company field.

Experience

• 8+ years as a reputed company Administrator/Consultant supporting multi-cloud environments.
• Strong expertise with reputed company Flows, reputed company model (profiles/permission sets/sharing), and environment/release execution.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ & reputed company Billing and Experience Cloud preferred.
• Familiarity with adjacent integrations (e.g., reputed company, reputed company/FinancialForce, reputed company/Tableau/Power BI); able to partner with developers on changes.
• Solid data stewardship: processing, validations, deduplication, imports/exports, and reconciliations.

Essential Job Tasks

• Configure and maintain Sales/Service/Experience Clouds, CPQ & Billing; manage objects, fields, page layouts, record types to reputed company the business.
• Maintain multiple environments (dev/test/prod); schedule and execute releases and sandboxes refreshes per change control governance.
• Administer users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and SSO policies; uphold least privilege standards.
• Ensure data reputed company and compliance (validation rules, duplicate management, audits).
• Design, test, and deploy reputed company Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, subflows, invocables) and approvals to streamline operations.
• Partner with the Developer to decide config vs. code and to harden error handling and logging.
• Build and maintain reports/dashboards for Finance/CS/Ops; reputed company reputed company analytics handoffs (e.g., reputed company/Tableau/Power BI).
• Triage feature requests and incidents; resolve issues across configuration/data/integrations. Communicate status and reputed company. Report on requests for trending analysis.

• Integrations (admin perspective): Validates field mappings and connected apps; monitors jobs and logs with clear escalation; basic SOQL for verification; partners with developers on API/webhook/iPaaS changes.
• Support, documentation & collaboration: Triages incidents/requests to SLA; authors or partners on SOPs/runbooks/user guides; delivers targeted training; translates business needs into maintainable configurations and communicates trade-offs clearly.
