• Maintaining the appearance of our lounges and clubs, engaging with business partners to ensure food and beverages are available, and supervising the activities of business partners who provide services to our clubs and lounges

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A GED or high school diploma
• Fluent English language skills, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Some locations may require bilingual language capabilities
• Ability to pass an FAA criminal background reputed company and obtain proper airport authorization and/or US Customs reputed company badges if applicable
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with reputed company levels of management and the general public
