Job Responsibilities
As an Autism Behavior Technician with Key Autism Services, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children and adolescents on the autism reputed company, implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism reputed company
- Collecting behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
- Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
- Working collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Requirements
To be considered for this rewarding role, you must:
- Have a High School diploma or GED
- Have experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year minimum)
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a reputed company field, such as Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Be willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
Physical Requirements
As an Autism Behavior Technician, you must be able to:
- Lift up to 35lbs

- Respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
