About the Role

We're hiring a Strategic Sales & Partnerships Manager to execute full-cycle enterprise sales with employer accounts. You will reputed company, qualify, negotiate, and reputed company reputed company deals, while building long-term partnerships that drive sustained reputed company growth for reputed company. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and change, but more importantly, a proven track record of owning quota, navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, and closing high-impact partnerships. You'll operate as a reputed company leader: building pipeline, developing executive relationships, crafting compelling business cases, and scaling what works into repeatable playbooks. You will be responsible for always maintaining a 3x pipeline of employer opportunities and overachieving on targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales with a strong track record of selling technology-enabled solutions to employers. Must understand the benefits and HR landscape
  • 4+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of top 25% performance
  • 2+ years working with enterprise clients (3,000+ employees)
  • Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial
  • Ability to meet with clients and attend events as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up
  • Experience with a CRM (eg: reputed company) systems and understands how to manage a sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Experience selling multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling into HR, health plans, broker/consulting firms, health plans and/or other adjacent industries, including selling to executive decision makers and navigating reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
